Message to our Customers COVID-19

Dear Customers,

We are following all government updates and it is very clear that the government is asking us all to cut out any non-essential social contact in order to protect our NHS and ultimately save lives. As such we feel that it is time for us to take the step and temporarily close our shop to make sure that we can protect our staff, our customers and a wider community around us.

Please be assured, that we do have your back in this difficult time. Below is some key information that highlights that everything is in hand and the dresses we are storing for you or on their way are all safe.

Shop opening hours and currently booked appointments

In order to play our part and help everyone to save lives our shop will now be temporarily closes until government guidance is changed and no the non-essential appointments will go ahead. Our team will contact you individually in due course to reschedule your appointment if you are affected by this. Only those appointments where the wedding is going ahead during the restriction period and thus the customers need fitting appointments or to pick up their dress will the appointment go ahead.

Fitting Appointments

As you would have heard, the government has advised that people should avoid all social gatherings including, sadly, weddings. If your wedding is still going ahead albeit with a reduce number of people and as such you need your dress for that purpose, your fittings will go ahead as planned and you will be able to collect your garment in time for your big day.

If you have already bought your dress and are waiting for it to be delivered

Our designers have been amazing through this and the dresses are arriving with minimal delays. We are in constant communication with them and working together to ensure that each bride gets her dress well in time for her big day. The delivery of gowns has been redirected so there is always someone to receive your dress; and we will contact you and invite you to try own your gown as soon as the current government guidelines have relaxed. If your wedding is still going ahead whilst restrictions on social contact are imposed, you will be contacted by a member of our team and your first try on of the dress and fitting appointments will go ahead as normal. If you have any questions about your individual gown, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, but it is all in hand!

If your dress has arrived and we are storing it for you

Our shop benefits from great storage facilities and a comprehensive insurance that covers your dresses. Thus, if we are storing your gown, it is in a safe place!

Collecting your dress

Due to government plea to restrict all non-essential social contact, we will not be able to open for you to collect your dresses, unless your wedding is going ahead during this restricted period.

If you are calling us, please leave us a voice mail message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We monitor our e-mails and social media platforms and our answer phone messages come through to us online too. So we are always just a message or phone call away.
